The Communities And Police Partnership

The Communities And Police Partnership (TCAPP) is an organization dedicated to enhancing the relationship between communities and police in metro Atlanta.

Following upcoming surveys of metro Atlanta communities, our programs will build on the successes of Community & Problem-Oriented Policing approaches from overseas and right here in Georgia. 

Through these efforts, we can better solve and prevent crime, increase confidence in public safety, and benefit both groups through increased dialogue between communities and the law enforcement agencies that serve them.
