TCAPP on The Carter Center's Law Enforcement Accountability Panel

In November 2022, TCAPP Executive Director Tom Opdyke spoke on The Carter Center's Law Enforcement Accountability panel. The discussion focused on how The Carter Center has been supporting national police agencies in Costa Rica & Liberia, and is now looking to expand this work domestically in metro Atlanta. 

Tom discussed TCAPP's potential partnership with The Carter Center and the Policing Alternatives & Diversion Initiative (PAD), and TCAPP's commitment to Community & Problem-Oriented Policing (CPOP) to enhance the relationship between communities and police in metro Atlanta.
